Summer Camps
Here at Hahn’s, we have ten weeks of summer camps available from June to August for ages 3 to 12!
Each week’s activities are based on a weekly theme. Activities include games, crafts, lots of gym playtime, parachute, snacks, and much more! Full Day campers will usually go on 2 field trips per week. Tuesdays, we go to the pool, and Thursdays we will go on a field trip based on the weekly theme.

Full days are from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Half Days are split between two different times.
Morning: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Afternoon: 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Payments/Cancellations
A $50 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit per week per camper is due at registration. This fee is applied to the weekly tuition. Cash, checks, debit/credit cards, and auto payments are accepted.
An auto payment must be set up to pay the rest of the camp balances. Auto payment will be charged three weeks prior to the start of camp. If the balance is not paid in full, your camper will lose their space and be unable to attend.
All cancellations and charges must be submitted in writing three weeks prior to the start of the camp week the changes affect.
Refunds will not be given for changes or cancellations. Any deposits and payments made are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Refunds or credits will not be given for any missed days or weeks for any reason. All camps are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Documents Required for Summer Camp Enrollment
A current copy of the camper’s immunizations or an exemption form is also required

Single Days
There may be some single-day availability depending on when schools get out for the Summer and when they begin in the Fall.
Extended Care
Mornings:
7:30 AM - 8:00 AM ($5.00 per day)
Evenings:
5:30 PM - 6:00 PM ($5.00 per day)
An extended care fee of $1 per minute will be charged if any camper is dropped off anytime before 8:00 AM or picked up anytime after 5:30 PM without advanced notice.
Important Reminders!
Pack a water bottle and write your camper’s name on it!
No toys or electronics (trading cards, stuffed animals, cell phones, tablets, etc.) from home.
Hahn’s has a strict no-bullying policy. Behavior issues may result in removal from camp.
Campers must be potty trained. Pack extra clothes if you think they may be needed.
Field trips are all weather permitting. If a field trip is canceled for any reason, we will substitute for something special at the gym instead!
