
Recreational Classes
Registration fees are paid only once a year, not for each semester.
All classes require a written or emailed withdrawal notice of at least 30 days.
You can now register online for any of these classes.

The third week of every month is dedicated to an in-class assessment.
During this time, we evaluate your child’s gymnastics skills to determine if they’re ready to progress to the next level of classes.
Scheduled Closures
Hahn's Gymnastics schedules its classes by month.
We offer monthly continuous classes. Once you enroll for a month, your child is automatically enrolled for the following month unless you notify the office in writing at least two weeks in advance. Monthly tuition includes all scheduled classes for that month.

Preschool
Ages walking to 5 years
Let your little one come to join in the fun! In our preschool class, we focus on gently letting the child get used to participating in a gymnastics class independently, becoming more aware of their body, how to take turns, following simple instructions, being respectful to one another, and most importantly, how to be safe!
Intermediate
Based on skill level
This one-and-a-half-hour class is designed to provide adequate time to work on and improve gymnastics skills.
This class offers instruction on all of the apparatus.
Beginner
Based on skill level
In the beginner classes, we welcome anyone who has never set foot in a gymnastics facility before to those who have been around awhile and are familiar with the sport and equipment. Our primary focus is to have fun, build self-esteem, and teach students how to safely bounce, spin, and flip!
Advanced
Based on skill level
This one-and-a-half-hour class is designed to provide adequate time to work on and further improve gymnastics skills.
The focus will be on basic skills and introducing more challenging skills.
Team Prep.
Hahn's Gymnastics LLC offers both boys and girls USA gymnastics competitive team programs. These classes are by invitation only.

Homeschool
Ages 3 & up
If your child does not go to school in the traditional sense in elementary through middle school they are still more than welcome to join us here at Hahn’s!

At Hahn's Gymnastics, progressing to the next level requires your child to demonstrate proficiency in all the skills covered in their current class. Our coaches carefully assess each gymnast to ensure they have mastered the necessary techniques before advancing, ensuring a safe and successful learning experience.

Your child will work on essential gymnastics skills, including running, hurdling, and straight jumps on vault, as well as chin holds, pull-ups, forward rolls, and pull-overs on bars. On the beam, they will practice forward and backward walks, straight jumps, forward rolls, and pivot turns to improve balance and coordination. Floor and obstacle course activities will focus on forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, tuck and straight jumps, donkey kicks, skipping, wall walk handstands, and ground cartwheels.

On vault, they will practice a fast run, proper board jumps, and kick handstand flatbacks. Bar skills include pull-overs with legs together, casting with correct positioning, cast-offs, chin and pull-up holds for 5 seconds, and squat-ons to a block, all with mostly straight arms and legs. Beam exercises will develop balance and coordination with rolls, relevé walks in all directions, straight and tuck jumps, proper leveling, pivot turns, one-foot holds for 5 seconds, cartwheels on a line beam, and controlled dismounts. Floor work will enhance agility and strength through cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, handstands, split leaps, split jumps, full turns, bridges, and press handstand progressions. Additionally, they will focus on mastering key positions, including candlestick, hollow, straddle, split, and straight body/handstand form.

On vault, they will practice running, hurdling, and straight jumps to a 16-inch mat. Bar skills include chin holds, pull-ups, front support, forward rolls, pull-overs, casting, and bat hangs. Beam exercises focus on forward and backward walks, camel crawls, straight and tuck jumps, forward rolls, pivot turns, and half-turn position holds. Floor work will strengthen their agility with skipping, tuck and pike jumps, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels over a mat and on the ground, ¾ handstands, and vertical handstands.

On vault, they will practice straight jumps, handstand flatbacks on a 16-inch mat, running, and hurdling. Bar skills include pull-ups to nose and knees, front support, forward rolls to chin holds, casting to 45 degrees, glides, leg lifts, pull-overs, and inverted hollow holds. Beam exercises will focus on forward and backward walks, camel crawls, straight and tuck jumps, T-in-T-outs, half-turn position holds, front and back kicks, forward rolls, and straddle holds at vertical. Floor work will challenge them with handstand forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, straddle, tuck, and split jumps, ¾ handstands, bridge kickovers off a mat, hurdles, forward rolls, handstands to bridge, and press handstand work.

On vault, they will practice straight jumps, handstand flatbacks on a 16-inch mat, and fast runs into hurdles. High bar skills include swings to 45 degrees, pull-ups, casting with hips off, swing dismounts, pull-overs, and hang half-turns. On the rings, they will work on swings to 45 degrees, tuck holds, inverts, pike inverts, skin-the-cat, and pull-ups. Floor exercises focus on forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, skipping into cartwheels, and cartwheel step-ins. On the mushroom, they will practice half circles, support holds, and pommel walks. Parallel bars training includes tuck holds, swings to 45 degrees, straddles, swings to block, and straddle holds.

On vault, they will practice handstand flatbacks, jumps onto a 32-inch mat, and blocking. Bar skills include floor bar squat-ons, toe-on swings, pull-overs, back-hip circles, casting above 45 degrees, cast-offs, and squat-ons to a block. Beam training will focus on tuck jumps, split jumps, leaps, rolls, cartwheels on a training beam, handstands, side handstands, and pivots. On the floor, they will work on split leaps, half turns, round-offs, handstand holds, handstand forward rolls, handstands to bridges, backbends, and press headstands/handstands.

In the Advanced (Boys) class, your child will build strength and precision through a variety of challenging gymnastics skills. On vault, they will practice punch rolls to a high mat, handstand flatbacks on a 16-inch mat, and handstand control. High bar skills include swings to 45 degrees, pull-overs, cast undershoots, swing half-turn dismounts, and toe touches. On the rings, they will work on L holds, skin pull-backs, lever work, support holds, and tuck holds. Floor exercises will focus on round-offs, round-off flatbacks, back extension punches, headstands, skipping into cartwheels, and cartwheel step-ins. Mushroom training will include ¾ circles, pommel swings, and pommel walks. On the parallel bars, they will practice L holds, bar swings, over-bar movements, long hangs, and straddle L holds.

On vault, they will practice handstand flatbacks on a 32-inch mat and blocking. Bar skills include pull-overs with legs together, casting to 45 degrees, cast-offs, undershoots, toe-on undershoots, and squat-ons to a block. Beam training will emphasize rolls, handstands, split jumps, tuck jumps, side handstand dismounts, pivot turns, half turns, and leaps. On the floor, they will develop skills such as cartwheel step-in backward rolls, forward roll sequences, round-offs to backward rolls, front handsprings, back handsprings over a roller, split leaps, full turns, back extensions to push-ups, and press handstands.

In the Tumbling class, your child will focus on mastering fundamental and advanced tumbling skills across various stations. In the pit, they will practice back handsprings and front tucks, with drills for back tucks to help build strength and technique. On the back tramp, they will work on front and back watermelons. Floor exercises include front and back rolls, handstands, handstand forward rolls, handstand bridges, bridge kickovers, cartwheels, cartwheel step-ins, round-offs, round-off 3 hops, and round-off backward rolls. On the tumble track, they will perfect cartwheels, seatdrop-doggy-handstand combinations, round-offs, front handsprings off the tramp, and front tucks off the trampoline.
