All participants need to complete the following forms for the appropriate group. This must be updated annually, and applies to Summer and Year-Round programs.

• Hahn's Liability Form This form is required of all participants at Hahn's programs
• Summer Camp and Payment Policies Form This signed form is required of all summer campers
• 2010 Registration Summer Camp Use this form to register for any of our camps!
• After School Rules and Policies Use this form to register for our after school programs.
